Je pars confiant et au bout de 4 tours, je r\u00e9alise le meilleur temps: <em><strong>2&rsquo;07.741<\/strong><\/em>, avant interruption de la s\u00e9ance au bout de 10 min. Une seconde s\u00e9ance de 10 min est programm\u00e9e l&rsquo;apr\u00e8s-midi au cours de laquelle je ne participe pas car je choisis de pr\u00e9server la m\u00e9canique. Je d\u00e9cide alors de diminuer la cadence afin de rester sur mes roues et finir ma course, comme tel \u00e9tait l&rsquo;objectif de ce week-end. Je termine alors avec un chrono de <em><strong>1&rsquo;40<\/strong><\/em>, soit 10 secondes de moins que mon temps habituel.
